At JDEX Styles, we are committed to delivering your luxury purchase safely and promptly.

Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship within the United States only. 

Carrier All orders are shipped via UPS.

Order Processing We do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times Delivery times vary by destination and selected shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Insured Shipments All orders are fully insured for the value of your purchase. In the event of loss or damage during transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with a claim.

Signature Required Due to the high value of our merchandise, a signature is required upon delivery for all orders. Please ensure someone is available to sign at the delivery address. UPS will make multiple delivery attempts if no one is available.
