About JDEX Styles JDEX Styles is a luxury resale retailer operating online and by appointment at our physical location. We specialize in authenticated luxury goods.

Authentication Every item sold by JDEX Styles has been authenticated by our team prior to listing. Item condition is clearly described in each product listing and supported by detailed photographs. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the item description and photos and understand the condition of the item.

All Sales Final All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue store credits. Please review all item descriptions, condition notes, and photographs carefully before completing your purchase. In accordance with Florida Statutes § 501.142, a notice of this policy is provided at the time of sale.

Pricing All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. JDEX Styles reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

Order Fulfillment We make every effort to fulfill orders within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping All orders are shipped via UPS within the United States only, fully insured and with signature required. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Limitation of Liability JDEX Styles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products beyond the value of the item purchased.

Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.

Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
